The family owned and operated business was founded in 1976 by Bill and Joyce Edwards and is headquartered in Honolulu, HI. Today, Bill and Joyce are still actively involved in the business while their son Stephan has taken on the role of President, RME. Stephan’s brother; Bryan Edwards serves as Operations Manager, and Stephan’s sister; Sandra Edwards is the Education, Library and Museum Market Manager. The Systemcenter considers all their employees family, and their customers as partners in the business.
During the past 40 years, the Systemcenter has built a tradition of excellence in providing its customers with highly innovative and functional solutions. The Systemcenter began in records management, and soon after transitioned to storage, and then to contract furniture. The Systemcenter has become one of the premier contract furniture dealerships serving Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. One of the Systemcenter’s primary objectives is to make doing business easy. The Systemcenter has a highly specialized staff of market managers serving the commercial, healthcare, government, education, and residential markets.
