With the prevalence of obesity increasing over the years, standard practice is now showing that 10-20 percent of a facility’s seating space should accommodate bariatric needs. Designed by Daniel Cramer and Paul James, KI’s Soltice® bariatric chair safely accommodates a person weighing up to 750 pounds. Additional features include an active suspension system for maximum strength and stability and complete replacement seats, backs and arms.
