SYSTEMCENTER CUSTOMER COVID-19 UPDATE
We would like to take a moment to acknowledge these unprecedented times we find ourselves currently living in. At the Systemcenter, our highest priority is the health of our employees, customers, and communities. As the global situation continues to evolve, we make decisions following directives from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
The Systemcenter, Inc. is still open. Our sales, design, and admin departments are currently working remotely. Thanks to previous significant investments made in our infrastructure and technology, the transition has been relatively seamless and we are all connected. The impact has been minimal.
Our Operations department continues to function as well and our Oahu installation team is still performing installations for our essential projects and customers. The installation teams are using physical distancing guidelines and increased cleaning and sanitization efforts. Our projects outside of Hawaii with our remote partners are also still functional for essential projects and customers and operating under similar guidelines.
Our valued customers are still able to connect with us via our regular contact methods; phone, e-mail, etc. If you do not have your Systemcenter team member’s contact info handy, our main phone line (808.847.0911) and our email@example.com email address are also still being monitored live by Systemcenter personnel. If you do not have direct contact info, please feel free to call into the main number and we can direct your call to the appropriate member of the Systemcenter team.
Customers with existing projects are being contacted and updated on a case by case basis. If you have not already been contacted by the Systemcenter and would like to discuss your existing project please contact us anytime as mentioned above.
The Systemcenter is here for the long haul and is financially well positioned to continue to operate. We are committed to continuing to be of service to our Systemcenter ohana which includes our customers and our community during these difficult times.
