Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
The Systemcenter is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Director of First Impressions. 90 day Achievement BONUS available.

YOU: EXTREMELY organized, EXTREMELY detail oriented, excellent communication skills, technologically proficient, self-directed, team player.
This position will be responsible for opening and closing the office daily. Sending and receiving mail and packages. Fielding all incoming emails and phone calls and will facilitate connection with our sales department, internal group support staff, and operations department. Maintain our working showroom and will be responsible for tracking inventory and other office management. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with book-keeping, provide administrative support for senior managers, schedule, organize catering, and participate in meetings and events.
We’re looking for someone with the following:
- EXTREMELY organized
- INCREDIBLY detail oriented
- Professional appearance
- Excellent MS Office / computer skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent telephone, in-person, and written communication skills
- Accounting experience is preferred
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently be self motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Contract Furniture Industry experience a HUGE plus!
