Operation Domination: Invest, Align, Execute was a total success! We’re feeling refreshed, motivated, and ready for all the big things to come in 2023.

For this essential week of planning, we flew in all of our remote employees from as far as Japan to the East Coast of the United States. While grateful for all the ways that technology allows us to be connected at all times, there is truly nothing that beats in person connection.

Our time together allowed for cross departmental collaboration, tackling issues, providing solutions and strategizing on our growth goals – and let us tell you, they are big ones!

To end this year’s training week, the entire Systemcenter team and our families enjoyed an amazing celebration that included ‘ono food and drinks from The Deck Waikiki and LOTS of dancing courtesy of B.E.T. and Peni Dean Music! We can’t wait for next year’s retreat!
