At Systemcenter, we are fortunate to partner with organizations that drive change, and Kupu is no exception.  As a renowned nonprofit, Kupu empowers youth through environmental stewardship, character-building, and service-learning, playing a key role in helping young adults in Hawai‘i and beyond realize their full potential.  This curated workspace also serves the needs of Kupu’s sister companies—Pono Pacific Land Management, the state’s largest private natural resource conservation company, and Poukihi, which handles accounting and financial services.  The organization’s impressive growth led them to a larger headquarters at Harbor Court, where they continue to elevate their mission—literally and figuratively. Positioned on the top floor of this iconic building, Kupu’s team has a clear view of the communities they serve, from the mountains to the oceans, reinforcing the powerful impact of their work.

Kupu needed a space that would inspire their team while also serving as a welcoming environment for sponsors and board members. The space had to embody the values of sustainability, community, and growth, while maintaining a fun and functional atmosphere. Having worked with Kupu on previous projects, Systemcenter was chosen for our dedication to responsiveness, creative problem-solving, and design expertise. Our mission was to create a space where Kupu’s team could thrive and feel connected to the greater purpose of their work.
