This year, we gathered at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki to take a deep dive into the challenges that impact our ability to deliver best-in-class commercial furniture and storage solutions. Leadership and team members across all departments—sales, design, operations, project management, and installation—came together to refine processes and develop real-world solutions that ensure a smoother, more efficient experience for our customers.
Through focused breakout sessions, we tackled key industry challenges, including:

This year, we were also joined by the e-manage|ONE team, our trusted Dealer Business Operating System software provider. By gathering real-time feedback from our staff, they’re helping us refine the tools that simplify project management, improve communication, and ultimately enhance the customer experience.
From Strategy to Celebration
Of course, while our Annual Meeting is focused on business growth and service excellence, it’s also an opportunity to strengthen our team culture.
We kicked off the weekend with a welcome social at the Rainbow Room, giving team members from across the world a chance to connect, share insights, and build the relationships that make our collaboration stronger.
A company-wide photo scavenger hunt encouraged creativity and teamwork, reinforcing the importance of working together toward a shared goal—just like we do for our customers every day.
To close out the weekend, we celebrated with an unforgettable night on the Village Green, featuring a surprise performance by The Green! It was a moment to pause, appreciate our collective efforts, and recharge for the exciting year ahead.
