ALASKA IS SYSTEMCENTERS NEXT COMMERCIAL LOCATION
We are officially opening our new dealership in Anchorage, and are honored to start serving the state of Alaska. The Systemcenter was established in Hawaii in 1976. Hawaii, mush like Alaska, is a place steeped in cultural diversity, beauty, and community. A place where the concept of Ohana (family, friends, community) lives and thrives. We are all connected, and reputations are built over time through commitment, dedication, delivering on promises made and consistency.
It is this place (Hawaii) that has shaped our culture and values. We believe that people matter most and that doing business should be easy. These are the values and philosophy that have allowed us to thrive as we have reached out and expanded through the Pacific Rim, Alaska and across the Mainland USA. Having served the government and military markets in Alaska for over a decade we are now the Haworth Dealership for the state of Alaska and all markets.

Our Alaska Story
- Hawaii and Alaska are very similar:
Rich in culture, beautiful landscapes, and surrounded by water and mountains. When you start looking at both cities and states you find there are many similarities. The population of Honolulu is 341,302 and Anchorage is 282,958. Honolulu is 2,558 miles from LA and Anchorage is 2,467 miles. Both cities are filled with people that love the outdoors and all it offers. Yes – one has seventy-three-degree water the other has forty-degree water. One surfs liquid water and the other skis and boards frozen water… Brother and sister of the same family.
- Our Alaska team has great experience and background in commercial furniture:
Our Director of Alaska Market, Jack McCann, and Designer, Karen H.T. Hakim, are lifelong residents of Alaska. With deep connections and experience throughout the community and markets. Additionally, our Vice President Robert Egbert grew up in Washington State and worked in Alaska for five years out of Dillingham, Naknek and King Salmon.
- We bring order to business:
We often hear of companies migrating from the mainland / lower forty-eight to our states. The Pacific Rim and challenging business locations are what we do. As a Preferred Dealer with Haworth, over a decade of successful service to our military customers throughout Alaska, and proven relationship with our installation partners – it was the natural evolution. We have learned that Alaska and Hawaii have many similarities (aside from the weather). Both detached from the mainland, close nit communities and places where relationships are extremely important. We are excited and honored to be here!
